MBB's own Terri Blye adds CCCO to her list of credentials

Terri Blye – Vice President of Production for Medical Business Bureau, LLC attained her Credit & Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) credentials in 2012. This is the most in depth and detailed testing provided through ACA International – The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals as it relates to compliance. In order to pass the test, a person must achieve an 85% score or higher. The Campus ACA credentialing program was designed to provide training for credit and collection professionals with compliance responsibilities at their organization. Topics include customer care strategies, how to handle disputes and complaints, documentation, how to measure risks and much more. MBB is proud of Terri’s accomplishment!
