MBB takes compliance very seriously.  When HIPAA first came out, we did the research and produced our own HIPAA agreements, to make sure our clients were protected.  When the Red Flag Rules were being contemplated, we did the research and we have had a Red Flag Rules program in place well prior to the deadline.  Our collectors all go through continuous training on FDCPA and FCRA and they are continuously monitored and graded.  Any violations are noted in the employee file and reviewed periodically.  Any 2 violations within a 6 month period are grounds for dismissal.
